And the Winner is...
Meet the next music mogul who has kept his ear to the ground for what seems like forever -- Fetzmonger. FML player, Fetzmonger takes the gold and sliver positions in the Open League. The sweep by his labels Deadeye Records and Killshot Records is a first for the FML. Even with over $50 million in diamond bonuses, nary a player could overtake the Fetzmonger.

Now What?
The spring 2006 season begins Monday, April 3rd. Don't forget it only costs $10 bucks to get in the game. That's a 70 percent slash in price from a few seasons ago. Do it now, because the deadline for finalizing your switches (and paying your registration fees) is noon PST on Monday April 3rd. Really folks, this offer is too good to refuse. Not to mention we make it easy for you to keep going. Once you pay the Commissioner you automatically get put into the Spring 2006 season. No heavy lifting, nothing. The FML makes it easy for you.

Frodo Can Sing
Once again the web is in a dither over the $24 million musical adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings. After one hundred million 'Rings' books have been sold around the world and the Peter Jackson Oscar winning films have grossed over $3 billion, you almost wonder, is this necessary? The Lord of the Rings musical officially opens tonight in Toronto with a cast of 55, an orchestra of 18 and a set with a turntable and 17 elevators. Producers say that it is neither a musical nor a play, but (the most expensive) theatrical spectacle for the stage. Advance ticket sales are so good that a Broadway and London run are expected. Do you think the soundtrack could make it on the FML?

My Chemical Clothes
My Chemical Romance was one of the most-dropped bands on the FML this week. But that hasn't stopped, lead singer, Gerard Way, from going to the Prom. Actually the singer of the hit alternative rock band, has just inspired a limited edition Prom Knight jacket. The concept for the "Prom Knight" jacket began when longtime friends Bob Hurley (the designer who puts emphasis on skateboarding, surfing, and music in his clothes) and Way started customizing Hurley's first blazer jacket released in the Fall 2004 by cutting holes in the fabric, spray painting and adding safety pins. Only 600 jackets will be produced with all the proceeds from sales going to Boarding for Breast Cancer, a non-profit, youth-focused education, awareness and fundraising foundation. The "Prom Knight" jacket is a slim black blazer with red satin lining, red stitching along the front pockets, lapels and distressing, oh yeah and zipper cuffs, and costs $80.
