image of Laura KatzWelcome to week 7 of our FML Spring Season! As you know, we're approaching Platinum Bonus week, just in time for a whole lot of suprising changes on our eTracks charts.

Nine Inch Nails is our new #1 in Alternative this week with the single, "Survivalism," Fall Out Boy took a small dip to #2 with "Thnks Fr Th Mmrs," and Good Charlotte climbed up 3 spots to hit #3 with "The River."

Sick Puppies had a good showing this week - the band took over 4th place, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers are still going strong, landing a 5th place spot on our charts.

Further down in the ranks we've got a couple of big movers this week, including a 9 spot leap for The Almost a 10 spot jump for Kaiser Chiefs, and an 8 spot climb for The Fratellis. Well done.

And let's not forget to welcome two debut artists to the Alternative charts: Amy Winehouse came in at #13 with her single "Rehab," and Peter Bjorn and John came in at #18 with "Young Folks."

Holy Avril Lavigne! The pop star has jumped up 12 spots this week to hit #4 in CHR. Carrie Underwood is back at #1 again with "Before He Cheats."

"It's Not Over" for Daughtry- the rock band has landed at #2 this week. Justin Timberlake has taken over third place, and Timbaland rounds out this week's top 5 artists in CHR.

Country's top three stuck it out for another round - Carrie Underwood, Billy Currington and Dierks Bentley were at #1,2 and 3 respectively. Rascal Flatts got a little boost this week, placing the duo at #4, and Gary Allan may have taken a little dip, but still managed to squeeze into this week's top 5 with "A Feelin' Like That."

Avril's done it again, this time on Hot AC. The Canadian star jumped up another 12 spots to hit #1 with the single
"Girlfriend." Carrie Underwood is at #2 with "Before He Cheats," and Justin Timberlake is holding strong at #3 with "What Goes Around."

The Fray is at #4 with the single "How To Save A Life," and Fergie is at #5 with "Glamorous."

In an NMC rarity, our top 7 artists have maintained their exact positions since last week. Timbaland came in first once again with "Give It To Me," followed by Fergie's
"Glamorous" in 2nd place, Akon's "Don't Matter" at #3, Robin Thicke at #4 and The MIMS rounding out the top 5.

Congratulations to Bone Thugs-N-Harmony - they have made their official NMC debut at #15 with "I Tried."

We've got Platinum Bonus time just around the corner - if an artist in your roster has stuck around on the eTracks charts for 8 weeks in a row - kablaam - an extra 10 percent in artist revenues for the week goes to you and your label.

Who's going to make the grade? Check back next week and find out!

Until week 8...happy playing!
