Who I am Hates Who I've Been
Christian pop-punk has a new name and that is, Relient K. The quartet from Canton, OH has been making music for the past five years but debuts on the FML this week thanks to the hit eTrack, Who I am Hates Who I've Been' from their celebrated disc, Mmhmm. You may have a chance to catch Relient K at their recently announced tour. "It's about the dumbest tour name we've had yet, but we think it'll be really fun, front man Matthew Thiessen wrote on his band's website. "The tour kicks off on guitarist Matt Hoopes' birthday and so we decided that we want to treat every show like it's a birthday party. Feel free to bring party hats, noisemakers, lampshades, etc...Just no Jessica Simpsons inside of cakes please too many artificial ingredients."

Curtain Call
Rap superstar Eminem generated and increase of 69 percent in revenue over last week for the labels smart enough to buy Slim Shady. Since Eminem emerged on the scene six years ago he has sold 65 million albums but the question still remains if his latest disc Curtain Call is his last. Meanwhile in the soap opera of his real life, Kim Mathers, Eminem's ex-wife, has applied for a marriage license. Yup, Eminem is getting remarried to the woman he lyrically fantasized about killing and stuffing in the trunk of a car. And word on the street is that the wedding will happen this weekend.

Fijacion Oral
Shakira is the sexy, mensa-member Columbian soul singer who is making her debut on the FML stage this week. Shakira has a reported IQ of 140 and hires tutors to educate her about the city she plays. And the latest rumor swirling about the web is that there will be a Shakira version of the Apple video iPod. INXS is the only other music group making their debut in the Fantasy Music League.

Get Your Game On
In an FML first, two players take the top four spots in the winter 2006 Open League. Fetzmonger with Deadeye Records and Killshot Records takes the top two spots while Jennifer's Blue Bottle Records and Jenny Red take the third and fourth spots. But the game has just started so get your game on.

Country Power
The top earning country artist is Billy Currington meanwhile Carrie Underwood and Faith Hill are held by more artists in the FML. Must Be Doin' Somethin' Right is the hot single from Currington that is making the young star into one of the favorite new voices in country music.
